Same family. Same shop.
Since 1974.
Angler Boat Corporation is an independent boatbuilder in Miami, Florida. Over five decades we’ve hand-laid thousands of hulls across five model lines — and we’re back in active production with two new boats for 2026.
Hand-laid fiberglass. Composite stringers. No wood anywhere.
Most production builders chop strand and spray it. We don’t. Every Angler hull is laid up by hand with fiberglass matting, which takes more time and costs more in labor. It also produces a tougher, stiffer hull that doesn’t soft-spot at the chine.
The stringer grid is one-piece composite, bonded to the hull and tabbed in. The transom is composite. The fuel tank is roto-molded HDPE. There is no wood in the hull, the deck, or the transom. There is nothing to rot.
Wiring runs in dedicated chases, color-coded to ABYC standards and labeled at both ends. We rig with hydraulic steering, Garmin pre-wires at the helm, and stainless hardware throughout.
Five decades, one shop.
Started
A single bay on the north side of Miami. First hull: a 17-foot center console.
Grew
Took the adjacent unit, then the building, then the lot. Same neighborhood the whole way.
Slowed
Used the time to rework the two boats we wanted to bring back. Built almost nothing for several years.
